We fully guarantee our products, and will happily refund the full purchase price of them should you find something genuinely wrong with them. (Made to order purchases cannot be refunded, any mistakes on our part can be fixed at no charge to the customer but will not be refunded)
Shipping and handling charges will be met by the purchaser.

Products must be returned to us at the purchasers cost in order to exact a refund, should the purchaser return the goods at the cost of Paper Design Invitations, we reserve the right to charge for handling of such goods, to and not limited to the full value of the goods.
