Wishing Wells, Treasure Chests & Money Trees Most couples getting married today have lived together before tying the knot. By the time they walk down the aisle, they already live together and have most household items they need. Instead of receiving another sheet set or more towels, it is very popular and an acceptable trend for couples to have a 'Wishing Well', ‘Treasure Chest’ or ‘Money Tree’ at their wedding reception. Guests are invited to place a gift of money in an envelope (often anonymously or with a lovely wedding card) and make a wish, for the Happy Couple, as they drop the envelope into the well or chest at the reception.
Many couples choose to put the money towards their honeymoon, a house deposit or to furnish their home. Some may use the money for something else, such as home renovations.
Bookings Hire is for on the Sunshine Coast only.
We cannot mail or courier items anywhere else as they would not be returned in time for the next hire.
It is essential that you book and pay for any hire items in advance as this secures your booking.
A Security Deposit is required for all hired items and you will need to supply credit card details for this.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off All hire items are available on the SunshineCoast and can be picked-up from our store in Nambour. They are available from Thursday and must be returned by Tuesday 5:30pm at the latest. If not returned on time, you will be charged another hire fee after Tuesday and then on Friday you will be charged for the retail price if it is still not returned.
